Topcon’s GLS-2000 laser scanner allows you to quickly and accurately capture 3D data at any project site. The compact, lightweight scanner accurately captures your site in less than 3 minutes with a 360 scan including images.
While the GLS-2000 is easy to set up and operate, it incorporates many innovations. It is the first laser scanner with dual internal cameras and the first scanner with user selectable laser measurement modes. These innovations, along with class leading specifications, make it an ideal versatile tool to get highly accurate data into any BIM environment.

Magnet Collage as replacement software of Scanmaster software
The most striking thing about Magnet Collage is its speed, the survey comprised 65 scans (about 20 of these being external) that were easily completed in one day. Importing and pre-processing is fast (at least 6-8 times faster than Scanmaster by a rough guess). Once loaded, the whole dataset can be manipulated in 3D with great ease – even on moderately spec’d PCs. Cloud to Cloud registration took just over one day to complete and the results were excellent: the point representation as shaded spheres makes proofing overlapping scans very easy.
